HelloCric collects the following data when you create an account: name, email address, and usage interactions within the Platform. We do not collect payment card data directly — any transactions are handled by regulated third-party payment processors.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: personalize your experience via the Pulse Engine archetype system, track points and contest participation, send match notifications and platform updates (with your consent), and improve AI model accuracy through anonymized interaction data.
3. Data Sharing
HelloCric does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share anonymized, aggregated data with analytics partners. If you click a third-party affiliate link in the Pro Suite, that platform's privacy policy governs your data from that point forward.
4. Cookies
HelloCric uses essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand Platform usage. You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@hellocric.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
6. Security
HelloCric implements industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed password storage, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure — users are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@hellocric.com. Users in the EU/UK may also lodge complaints with their local data protection authority.
8. Children's Privacy
HelloCric is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete the account and associated data immediately.
